The Symetri Plant Solutions team has received reports concerning a licensing issue affecting some users of the recently released 2024.2 and 2025.1 versions of the program. The issue manifests in slightly different ways, but the common factor is that users encounter an error message when starting the program.
For some users, the issue also affects the use of new components, as the specifications are not decrypted as expected. This has led to users being unable to add or modify certain components in their models.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to identify the root cause and resolve the problem.
