In addition to standard fields, the ECO has fields to explain the and classify the change as well as fields used to manage the workflow.

Fields are configurable.

These are the default fields for ECOs in the Sovelia Template:

Field	Comments
Object ID	Unique identifier of the ECO. The automatic ID scheme can be changed in the administration tool.
Type tree	Main categorization of objects.
Object class	Main classification. This is automatic.
Description	Free text description.
Change description	Detailed description of change.
Reason for change	The reason for making the change.
Justification of change	How is the change justified. A list field.
ECO assigned to	The person responsible of designing the change.
ECO approver	The person responsible of approving the change.
ECO releaser	The person responsible of releasing the change.
ECO released notification	The groups that will be notified of the release.
