Roles control access rights to information Sovelia.
Some parts of the interface are also role based. For example, creation functions are not visible to viewers and workflow charts only visible to the relevant roles.
The following roles are setup in the Sovelia Template for Engineering change management:
Role | Description | Access rights |
|---|---|---|
Change requester | Create ECRs and submit them. | Create ECRs and promote them to status Submitted. View ECRs at all states. |
Change request approver | Review ECRs and Approve or Reject them. | Review ECRs and promote them to status Approved or Rejected. View ECRs at all states. |
| Viewer - Change requests | View ECRs. | View ECRs at all states. |
| Viewer Released - Change requests | View approved ECRs. | View ECRs at status Approved. |
