Profiles

We can create profiles in Sovelia® Vault

This is separate configurations that will create a separate xml file, and we can assign certain users and groups to the profile.

Only the users or groups assigned to a configuration can see or use the configuration. This way you can keep different workflows for different departments in your or organization, and also test new configurations without interfering with the users.

When you create profiles you can use starting from scratch with an empty file, from default (The profile set as default in the configuration) with a default setup or use an existing setup as template.

When you have different profiles you can add users to the different profiles

In vault there are created xml files for each profile and also one "SoveliaVaultProfiles.xml" that keep the different profiles information.
