Some basic attributes are preset. Attributes are configurable.

These are the default fields for Implementation notes:

Field	Comments
Object ID	Unique identifier of the Implementation note. The automatic ID scheme can be changed in the administration tool.
Type tree	Main categorization of objects.
Description	Free text description.
Implementing organization	The department, site, ... that needs to implement the change.
Implementation date	This can be used as a target date or actual date when the implementation will be in affect.
Implementation remarks	Any notes related to the implementation.
