Some basic attributes are preset. Attributes are configurable.
These are the default fields for Implementation notes:

Object ID | Unique identifier of the Implementation note. The automatic ID scheme can be changed in the administration tool. |
Type tree | Main categorization of objects. |
Description | Free text description. |
Implementing organization | The department, site, ... that needs to implement the change. |
| Implementation date | This can be used as a target date or actual date when the implementation will be in affect. |
Implementation remarks | Any notes related to the implementation. |
