The implementation of a released ECO can be managed in more detail by using the implementation sub-process.
In this process, Implementation notes are sent out to pre-defined departments, sites, etc. to inform them of the change they need to implement. These notes are also used to confirm that the implementation has been Completed or that it is Not applicable.
