Commands

Sovelia commands can be found from three different places in Inventor: S [PLM] ribbon, Inventor rmb-menu and Property grid rmb-menu.

Property grid: Opens property grid in Inventor

Grid 2.0: Opens “Lightweight” Property grid 2.0 in Inventor

Property card: Opens property card of active document / selected 3D-model

Update properties: Launches property updates

Manage: Shows connection status to Sovelia and by pressing opens SoveliaSync window from Windows tray bar

Warnings: Shows if there are some warnings, for example if property update has been failing

Open in Sovelia: Opens internet browser and shows connected Sovelia object

Promote: Starts promote command

Revise: Starts revise command

Update Rev.Desc.: Opens UI to update revision description

Send BOM: Shows preview of bill of materials which can be sent to Sovelia

Publish: Publishes configured secondary files to Sovelia (step, pdf, 3D viewer models, etc..)

Export 3D file: Opens UI to export 3D viewer models to Sovelia and shows status of 3D viewer data in Sovelia

Place: Opens Sovelia search window and places model to active assembly

Open: Opens Sovelia search window and opens model / drawing in Inventor

Clone command: Opens UI for cloning model / drawing

About: Shows which release of software is installed and allows user to change log detail level
