Promoting and demoting

You can manage the lifecycle on the object card/sheet or in the grid view.

The grid view supports the promotion/demotion of multiple objects.

Lifecycle rules

When changing the status of an object, Sovelia checks that lifecycle rules are followed.

For example, when an item is approved to In production state all child items must be at the same state.

Automatic approvals

Often automatic approvals are setup to approve child objects automatically with the parent object. This usually applies to Product documents and drawings linked to items.
