Revision management

Items that are approved to status In production must be revised before they can be modified.

When a new revision of an item, drawing or product document is promoted to In production, it automatically replaces the previous revision in the latest (and latest released) parent revision. This functionality is configurable.

Revision schemes are setup for items, product documents and drawings. The schemes can be modified in the administration.
