Actions can be created for several file types.
Actions are used to create jobs on files that can run from the Sovelia Vault Menu within the Vault client . Those actions can be used later in the action sets where they can be activated on Vault Changes, such as state change, or check in.
There are standard Actions, and custom Actions. Customer specific actions can be created and added into the Sovelia Vault Interface as Custom Actions. In this chapter we will look at the "Standard" Actions.

NOTE:
After a configuration is done, the Vault client, the CAD program with vault add-ins and the jobprocessor need to be logged out and back in to load the most u-to-date configuration
