License Issues Checklist

•Delete the folder "%LocalAppData%\Symetri\Cache"
•Registry HKCU\Software\Classes\csetz should have a few lines, one/two per license. If there are many lines, something may be wrong. Try deleting the lines and do a new consume on the license.
•For Sovelia Inventor: Delete [Login]-section from "%LocalAppdata%\Symetri\Sovelia Inventor 202X Addin\Caditmru.ini"
•Check by running Tools / License System Checker
•Unassign license and assign license again in my.symetri.com

Policies and security

When you are signing in to the license a web browser will be opened from the licensing system. If some policy or security settings are blocking the web browser to be opened you will not be able to get a license.

No licenses assigned to logged in user

When using a licensed product you get "No licenses assigned to logged in user"

This can be caused by no license assigned in my.symetri but it can also be that the user profile is damaged.

Solution
  1. Check that you have licenses in My Symetri. License Help.
  2. Clear cache folders. Rename or Delete these two folders
    %localappdata%\Symetri\Cache
    %localappdata%\Symetri\SSO
