Predefined reports

Various reports defined by your system administrator are available in the object menu. 

Copy from gridview

You can also create reports by copying data directly from the gridviews. You can also easily create custom grid views for this purpose.

Export grid/search results

You can export data from any gridview to an Excel or CSV file.

All the data is exported. Do not select any rows from the grid, or the export function will disappear.

In the case of large search results, all the data matching the search is exported. Remember that your access rights are respected and may limit the results, just as in the normal search.
