Internal user roles to manage organizations, external users and distribute data by linking it to the organization.

Role	Description
Extranet Manager	Manage organizations and related users.
Extranet Distributer	Distribute information by linking it to organizations . (Requires separate roles to information to distribute.)

External user roles to access information linked to the organization and create new objects.

Role	Description
Reader	View almost all information linked to the users organization.
Editor	View almost all information linked to the users organization. Create items, drawings and documents and promote them up to status Design ready. (Ready for general documents). Create and Submit ECRs. View and edit Assigned ECOs. Promote them to Completed.
