Roles control access rights to information Sovelia.
Some parts of the interface are also role based. For example, creation functions are not visible to viewers and workflow charts are only visible to the relevant roles.
The following simple roles are setup in the Sovelia Template for project management:
Role | Description |
|---|---|
Project Designer | Edit and promote the projects, phases and tasks. Link information. |
Project Manager | Create, edit, promote and delete projects, phases and tasks. Link information. |
Viewer - Released Projects | View Completed project structures. |
Viewer - Projects | View the project structure. |
