Various charts can be used to manage the workflow.

My Projects - Lists all the projects in which you are the project manager. The projects are group by status.

My Phases & Tasks - List all Phases & Tasks assigned to you.

Projects - All projects by grouped by state.

Active projects by manager - All projects at status In Progress grouped by project manager.

Project planned finish dates - Projects at status Created and In Progress grouped by amount of days to Planned finish date.

Pending tasks by assignee -Tasks at status Created, Assigned and In Progress grouped by Assigned to.
